Admission Rules and Procedures

• The candidate seeking admission should apply in the prescribed application form. The prospectus along with the application form can be had from the school office on payment of the stipulated amount. 

• The filled-in application form should be submitted to the Principal.

•  Transfer certificate (T.C.) Original certificates must be produced at the time of admission.

•  Incomplete application will be summarily rejected without any notice. 

• The candidate should have fulfilled the age limit criteria as per the stipulated rules.

•  The admission seekers will have to appear for the admission test and personal interview. 

• The parents/guardians should accompany their wards at the time of interview and admission test. 

• The selected candidate in general will be admitted on remittance of the fees on me. 

• The fee details are available in the school office. The fees once remitted will not be refunded on any account. 

• The Principal reserves the right to admission. The decision of the Principal is final and binding.

• A correction in the date of birth is not encouraged after the submission of the form in the office.

• Children will be admitted in the requested class if he/she is found eligible after the entrance exam

• Proof of age (i.e.) Birth certificate and Aadhar card copies of the student must be furnished at the time of admission in the KG class and TC when the child comes from another school.

• Written test will be conducted for admission in classes from UKG to STD V.
  
   

Pre Primary, LKG & UKG

​

•  For admission in Pre KG (Pre Kindergarten), the child should have completed a minimum 3 years and a maximum of 3½ years. 

• Birth certificate from the concerned authority must be produced at the time of admission. 

• For admission in LKG (Lower Kindergarten), the child should have completed a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 4½ years. 

• For admission in UKG (Upper Kindergarten), the child should have completed a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 5½ years.

•  Pass certificate of LKG and birth certificate from the concerned authority must be produced at the time of admission.
